One of the best things about pizza is how easy it is to get. Outside of chain restaurants, there are all sorts of eateries waiting to serve you their delicious pies and unique creations. The competition is stiff, but plenty of establishments that stand out from the crowd. This makes it easier for pizza lovers to try some new slices.
That's why Stacker revealed the best pizza restaurants in over two dozen major cities. Here's how they made their selections:
"Stacker compiled a list of the best pizza restaurants in 25 major cities using data from Yelp. Businesses were selected using Yelp’s top 100 pizza spots list, which ranked restaurants using a number of factors, including the total volume and number of five-star reviews each business had by members of Yelp’s 'Elite Squad.'"
Serious Pie was crowned the best pizza place in Seattle! With an average of 4.1 stars on Yelp, this restaurant is known for its fascinating pies with quality ingredients. Take for example a pizza served at the downtown location. This pie comes with penn cove clams, chili flakes, housemade pancetta, lemon thyme, and parmigiano reggiano.

"Love this place!! It has a cute, intimate interior, and the food was amazing!! I went with a friend while in town for a conference... We ordered the fresh mozzarella pie and the sweet fennel sausage pie - oh my goodness! The mozzarella was a sweet goodness - with a kick of pepperoni (added) and the sausage had a little bit of spicy kick. Both were amazing paired with their wine selection. The pies were perfect for 2 people - very filling and not feeling stuffed. If you're in the Seattle area - I would highly recommend!!
